Everything went black for a while before I regained consciousness. My body hurt, I felt some liquid trickle down the side of my forehead. But that wasn't what held my attention. Rome's painful screamed filled the air as he stood before the car and cried out in pain. Vapours rose from his skin where the sunlight fell on him.
My eyes closed for the second time, rendering me in complete blankness. The next time I opened my eyes to see the car door being peeled off like it was the lid of the tin can. And there he stood, half of his face destroyed. I could see a part of his skull and raw flesh on the right side of his face. The bones of his fingers looked like that of the ghost rider...
