Charlotte's POV:
We get back home just before five and just in time for dinner. My sister and Sam are already inside and my dad is home from work. My mother is in the kitchen still in her work clothes, old jeans and a loose top that she's had forever, her brown hair pulled back in a messy bun and paint on her thin face.
My dad sits on the couch telling Julia all about the locations he went to for his shoots today. The conversation stops when Lucas and I walk through the door.
"She's home!" My dad shouts.
He hugs me tight and shakes Lucas' hand. Next, my sister squeezes me hard and hugs Lucas. We sit on the couch and Julia starts quizzing me on the past weeks events.
