It took me a few minutes to make myself relax again. Hearing everything Jason had just told me had made me f*****g mad. Trevor, the former Alpha of this pack, had deliberately let an enemy pass onto our lands. He may have done it because he has a personal problem with me, but did the fool never consider that by doing what he has done, he had put the entire pack in danger as well? So many innocents could have gotten hurt, or even worse. Because of what? His hate for me? Did that man really hate me so deeply, that he had wanted me to lose my mate?
