I fluttered my eyelids open, coming face to face with Luke's stunning features. My eyes widened in surprise as I took in just how intimately we were entwined in each other's embrace. His breath gently fanned across my face, warm and inviting. It took me a moment to process the reality of sharing my single-sized bed with him. I slowly glanced up at the wall clock, which read three in the morning, the numbers glowing softly in the dim light.
