Damn... I messed up. Taylor was slumped in his seat, unable to even pretend to pay attention in class, contemplating the past few days. He was pretty certain Garrett was avoiding him. It could just be that they were both really busy right now—Garrett had gotten the job at the local brunch restaurant and was working short breakfast shifts before class, meaning they couldn’t walk to school together; Taylor had his job at H&H's after school Mondays and Wednesdays; Garrett was training with Nanna to be the male Sabrina the Teenage Witch; and Taylor and his mom were hanging out a lot more.
