Before Finn could get in his Jeep to go find where Lily had been taken though, Liam made his appearance outside the gym.
“Finn!” he called out as he stepped out of his car. He jogged to catch up with Finn, who wasn’t waiting around but heading to his own car. “What’s going on? Where’s Lily?”
“Missing,” Finn replied curtly, unlocking the Jeep.
“What?” Liam asked, his voice rising in shock. “What happened?”
“I don’t have time for this,” Finn yelled suddenly, his patience snapping and his composure crumbling yet again. “My mate is gone and I don’t know if I can get her back!”
Liam’s eyes widened for a second, but that was the only reaction he allowed himself to show. “You can tell me about it in the car then,” he said easily, walking around to the passenger side and opening the door
