I was glad they were there for the first time since we were told of these bodyguards and that they would follow us around.
It took everything in me not to punch the lights out on that salesperson, and I still do. They quickly fixed Roxy's pain and offered to shock the salesman.
Then David offered the same when he found out what happened. I saw eye contact between Douglas and David, and although Roxy said not to bother, they would let him know that what he did was unacceptable.
The mayor did a great job with Candy, making a big fuss over her.
When she returned to where we were waiting, she was beaming with life. It is hard to believe this was the same woman we had met that first time. She was withdrawn and sad, but now, it was like she had been given a whole new life. Br
