Vincent POV I followed Roxy into the room to see the woman we were coming to visit. Though looking a lot older and a little worse for wear, this woman was the image of Roxy; there was no denying this lady had birthed her. Roxy looked shy and hesitant, and I could tell she had no clue what to do now that she was standing before this woman. All I could do was stand by her side and wait. When Roxy is ready, she will relax and be herself. Right now, it is easy to see that all her walls are up, and she is prepared to flee.
