Roxy POV They say that when a baby is born, all the pain that goes with getting to that point vanishes. It does not entirely disappear, but the sound of that baby's first cry and the relief and joy that come with it make what you had gone through to reach that point so worth it. At first, I felt guilt for saying some of the things I had to Vincent, but the look of pure joy on his face, as he cut the cord and then held our son, pushed any guilt aside and enjoyed our shared moment.
