My heart felt empty. I haven't been allowed to see Tabitha, she was still locked away in the cells below the packhouse. I still haven't forgiven Meadow and she has seemingly realized she needed to keep her distance from me at all times. Part of me felt guilty for treating Meadow with such disregard, especially because she is my Luna, but she is the reason Griffin locked Tabitha away. She is behind my heart feeling the way it did and I just couldn't forgive her, not right away anyway.
I was supposed to have a patrol shift with Griffin this evening. Thankfully Everett gracefully switched shifts with me so I had the morning shift with one of our warriors instead. Things had been quiet lately, a little too quiet and I had to wonder how Willa managed to organize all of this mayhem.
