He heard every word they said clearly. He licked his lips and curled his hands into a fist before opening them again. He could clearly remember the time he started liking Ayanna. Everything came back to him like a huge crashing wave. It hit his body and he flowed to the sea of memories. He was in first year of college then and so was she.
