I pushed him away, “don't spout nonsense.”
A chuckle left his lips. I could have never guessed what a flirt he was! Then he stepped back and turned around, ready to leave as if nothing happened.
"Come on, new recruit," he called over his shoulder. "We've got rogues to report."
He winked with a smile. And just like that, my new life began.
