“What did you just say?” Elysia asked again, still bewildered.
“I said, get your ass here asap! Mom needs you,” Elora barked.
She must be out of her mind!
“Have you forgotten that your brother has rejected me? And I accepted it. The bond is broken. I have nothing to do with your family or pack anymore,” Elysia spoke plainly.
Elysia wanted to cut off the phone but just before she could, Violet's voice rang over the phone, “don't be mad, Elysia. Jonathan is in a lot of pain too right now because of the rejection. Please don't make it difficult for us.”
Elysia was stunned again. They are making it sound like I caused the rejection. He brought this up on himself! That jerk.
“That has nothing to do with me,” Elysia cut the call and blocked Elora's number.
