It was futile. I tore into his tendons and ligaments. I tore his artery and blood sprayed everywhere as he collapsed whimpering to the ground. I took the opportunity to finish him, tightening my jaws and snapping his neck before he could move. I climbed off him and was sent flying by the Luna's wolf who stopped next to her mate, her body shifting back to human as she began to let out a blood-curdling scream of pure rage and anguish.
I shifted back into my human form, staring at her with little sympathy. She had asked for this. They both had.
