Blair POV
I stood on the balcony, staring outside, my hair flowing around my shoulders, watching the sun slowly beginning to set, feeling my mate's hands wrap around my shoulders. I leaned against him, closing my eyes, feeling his strength, as I tried to forget the horror of what had happened earlier today, Luna Bianca's words ringing through my ears.
"What are you thinking love?" he asked me softly.
I sighed and turned, my eyes raised to meet his. His were filled with concern, mine were filled with worry.
"I'm just a little concerned," I said tactfully, as he pushed back a strand of my hair "I keep hearing her words in my ears. Do you think she was bluffing when she said that she would be avenged?"
He sighed. "I think she was trying to mess with your mind. Yours and Johnathon's" h
