I couldn't believe what I was hearing as the man stared at all of us accusingly as we digested his words. "You lie," I said in disbelief, as he sneered at me, my body moving forward, ignoring Braedon's hiss to stay back, wanting to get closer to this man, who dared to stare at me with such open hostility.
I was disgusted that he would be so vile as to name my mother as his lover. It had to be impossible, but even as I wanted to dispute it, a small voice in my head told me that anything was possible and that Luna Bianca would use any means at her disposal in order to get what she wanted. Even use this man in front of me, if it came down to it. I felt revulsion as I fixed my eyes on him.
