“But how did Jackson take over crescent moon if he was already an Alpha somewhere else?” That part didn’t make sense to me.
“Because Cassidy was the eldest daughter of the previous Alpha, and as she had no brothers, it was Cassidy’s job to bring in the new Alpha. Jackson marked her for the title, and they merged the two packs. Crescent moon was much bigger, and so that’s where they stayed.”
