Ally woke up to the smell of toast and rubbed her eyes lazily, trying to shake the grogginess off. Talking herself into getting up and just starting the last day of a stressful work week. She stretched her arms a little over her head and then she bounced out of bed, following the scent of food. She found Gus standing in the kitchen, scrambling some eggs into a pan.
-Hey princess! Are you hungry? – he asked, pecking her lips.
-Yeah, famished- she replied, grabbing a toast and spreading some jam on it.
-Well, hurry up, let´s have some breakfast and then I´m driving you to work.
-Really? Why is that? – she asked, taking a bite of her toast.
-Well, cause Aubrey got us a show out of town and I´m picking you up in the afternoon so we can travel there together.
