Lilah POV:
Millie grasps my hand as we stand on the edge of the clearing looking around at the blood soaked ground. Two wolves had been killed, one caught by a black sphere of Zanders and another by Irai before they contained him.
“Warriors be sure to transport the fallen back to the pack house so they can have a warrior send off” I command as we turn to head back.
Shifting Millie links me, “no matter what happens Lilah I will always be next to you.”
“My mind is very overwhelmed right now Millie, the more I find out the more questions I have” I link her back quietly.
“It’s a lot to take in, I can’t believe your grandfather is the Vampire King. I was not expecting that..your mum must have had her reasons to keep this from you and your dad” she assures me.
