“Did you see Dylan’s crestfallen face after his mom and brother left?” I asked Miguel. I noticed he too was in deep thought since the visitors arrived and even more when they left. I took note as well that the men didn’t have a nightcap they enjoyed doing together. Dylan disappeared after his parents left, I presumed he went straight to their room.
Obviously, there were a million thoughts running inside our heads but we dared not uttered them freely.
