Two days later and Valion was standing on the steps of the castle with Trey as Darius arrived back from the city with a couple of the wolves after getting more supplies. Trey looked down at the shopping bags of clothes being deposited at Valion’s feet, noticing the brand names and raised an eyebrow at him.
“You planning on a fashion show?”
Valion gave him an amused chuckle and shook his head. “I’m guessing your Alpha would be just about out of extra clothes the way he keeps ripping through them, thought it might be beneficial to get him some extras.”
Trey frowned, as he studied the vampire. “Why do you care?”
Valion shrugged nonchalantly. “He is now the husband of my ward and I have a reputation to uphold.”
