Valion took out his phone and dialled Darius on speaker phone. It rang and rang and Valion grit his teeth thinking Darius wasn’t going to pick up. Had he really done a runner, taking the little fox with him?
At the tenth ring it clicked and Darius drawled into the phone.
“Oh, are you guys finally back?”
“Yes, we’re back, where are you?” Valion asked just as the phone was snatched away by a huge clawed and shaggy hand.
The Lycan stared at the phone, growling through it. “Where is my mate?!”
“Whoa…calm down, she’s right here…you guys have been gone for hours, we went sightseeing…” Darius sounded a little overwhelmed by Adler’s response.
Adler grit his teeth. “Get her on the phone!”
