Just at the time Adler was standing in front of Black’s rogue pack as they kneeled before him and pledged their alligence to him and the new Royal Resurrection Pack Alexander was just walking to a meeting.

Alexander paused mid-step, lurching sideways and hit the wall with his shoulder before his legs gave out and he collapsed to the ground on his knees, clutching at his heart.
Cayne yelled. “Alexander! What’s going on? What’s happening?” He looked up at the startled assistant. “Call for help! Get a doctor here!”
Alexander’s phone started ringing and Cayne searched into Alexander’s inner jacket pocket and took it out. “Hello, Alpha Fenrir’s phone?”
