Adler breached the top of the hill and looked down into the meadow with the small copse of trees by the stream at the end. He frowned at what he saw, trying to figure out what the hell was happening in front of him.
It looked like the two wolves, Max and Ryman by the looks, were stumbling around incoherently in a confused manner…while Jesse was standing stock still in her true form, surrounded by a blue glow with Drax looking on, his arms folded and his face serious.
Drax looked up like he was on high alert and saw Adler. He said something to Jesse and she looked up, the blue glow around her ceased and in that moment Max and Ryman stopped walking aimlessly and shook their heads, rubbing their eyes and looked around themselves in amazement.
Adler’s expression darkened.
