Jaimie can't believe that Cassie was just gone. It's been a week since she escaped the gathering. She was supposed to be turned into a werewolf during that time but she ended up missing. Even if she knows how important her job is to her, she's gone AWOL. She seems to just vanish overnight.
She even went to her house but she never came home. Everything is still there and Jaimie made sure to have her place guarded in case she goes home. Somehow, she will need something from her place like her documents. But after a week of guarding her house, Cassie never showed up.
They have checked the airport in case she was able to board a flight somewhere. She can't get out of the country since Jaimie found her passport from her place. But she is nowhere to be found and it's a mystery where she went.
