There was nothing remarkable about the small, slender man who approached the gates of Tikrit Central Prison. He wore neither a military uniform, nor the elaborate dress of the elite. He could have passed for one of the prisoners in his nondescript dishdaashah shirt, baggy sirwal pants, and unadorned imama turban. But his cold stare as the guard unlocked the gate indicated the man known as Khalid Al-Nasiriya was somebody of importance.
