Niall is silent when I get back in the car. I fasten my seatbelt and he drives off without a single word. When we near the pack house I am almost itching with a need for him to speak, to say anything, although I'm not sure what I want him to say or why I want him to speak to me.
“Don’t you want to know what the doctor said?” I ask, unable to bear the silence any longer.
“It doesn't really matter, I’ll request your medical file anyway,” he shrugs.
“Wow, isn't that supposed to be confidential information?”
