Savannah:          I’ve kneaded so much dough today out of frustration I will have enough breads for a month. My mind is calmer now though. My parents passed through to drop off some supplies we were low on and said they had some financials to sort out then headed back out.         Shortly after they left the bell to the door dings and  I have a customer.        “Welcome to Sweet Selects. Let me know if you need assistance.” I said as I rolled the dough Into plastic  wrap to store and let rise.         “Actually I was needing a moment of your time.” His voice bellowed out.
