I asked Damien to tell me the truth about himself, I thought that I wanted to know. I should have listened to him and stopped poking; maybe not knowing the truth wasn't so bad after all. I knew something was up with him, I just didn't think that he would tell me that he was a mafia king.
I know that my husband has dealings with the Cartels and that ever since he started to work with them, he has done a lot of bad things, anything to keep his clients happy. I wasn't happy about it, so I kept my head out of it and imagined that it wasn't that bad.
