Rowan POV "You know that one of these days you're going to have to stop drinking" Beth hissed at me, her arms folded, an annoyed look on her face. I raised an eyebrow at her. She was getting braver these days when she knew I wouldn't hesitate to strike her for her impudence. In fact, as she stopped, I raised a hand and slapped her across the face just for daring to speak to me in that manner. How dare she tell me what to do?
