When I saw Hope walking down the aisle, my heart stopped beating for a moment and, for just a second, I almost didn't go through with it. She looked so beautiful but she also wore the dress that Annette wanted to wear for our wedding day. Then I saw a butterfly flying above her head as she came to me.
That butterfly made me feel like this is what Annette would have wanted. like she was okay with me doing that. I haven't been able to open my heart to the possibility of falling in love again. It was simply not in my books.
Then I had to spend the last couple of days getting to know Hope. I realized then that she had so much in common with Annette. She is kind, loving and compassionate. She has a burning fire deep inside her. I saw how she handled Lola. I was impressed with
