Hope's POV
I was at the restaurant with Kim when I realized that it was late in the evening. This is the first time I have spent this much time with Kim since I moved to New York City. We had an occasional lunch now and then but between work and marriage, I haven't had much time to spare.
Not that I am happy that I almost died but that near-death experience has taught me a lot. It has also made me realize how important it is for me to spend time with the people I love and care about. Kim is one of those people.
I had been so caught up in my own life that I didn't even consider making time just for her, my best friend. Today is a special Dah for us and I am glad that I came out with her, but now it was time for me to go home and be with my husband, who hasn't called me the whole day by
