I certainly wished I could complete this assignment as a fox more than once. Especially as I sipped at my water in the tavern, listening to person after person tell me their miseries. Apparently, the weekly openings at the Castle weren’t enough to air all the grievances people had, and they were more than happy to take advantage of a Royal in their midst to settle some disputes.
So now I sat listening to one person complain after another, and not all about the raiders either, and after a while I got tired of telling them to take it to the castle on the day Grievances were heard. One petty squabble after another had me rubbing my temples and sighing. My frustration continued to mount, so when the tavern owner came by with a pitying look in their eye and offered something a little stronger
