I smiled to myself as I watched Nicole, Astrid Frankie and Isla come in the top ten of the guards as they finished their run around the field and training ring. I knew that if Lilbeth was here then she would have been right up there with them, but she was sleeping after being on duty during the day. I was secretly thankful for the fact that it seemed they had been given some time off guarding Frankie while she was staying with me. It would have been embarrassing knowing that they were stationed outside my crummy apartment building in the direct light of day.
