It had been a month since Angel and the Master vampire told me how they felt. For four nights a week, me and the Master worked side by side training with the guards. Nichole, Lilbeth, Frankie, Astrid and Isla were all making excellent progress and I could not help but be proud of each of them. They were getting better at controlling their abilities and gaining the respect of the male guards.
