*Phoenix POV* Before I knew it we came to a stop, the front doors opened and then mine. A big strong hand wrapped around my upper arm, pulling me from my seat before tossing me over his shoulder. I could hear the rustling of leaves in the wind and the smell of dampened dirt as he walked. As I heard the snapping of twigs and the crunching sound of gravel underneath his shoes, I knew we were not in town, or any urban setting for that matter. A creaking door opened and he carried me inside, bending down to set my feet on the wooden floor. “Welcome home,” he said as his voice rumbled, echoing in through the room. He uncuffed me and pulled the bag from my head. As I took in my surroundings I noticed the timber walls of what I presume to be a log cabin. The room only contained the necessities,
