Emily Mom open the and hugged me tight my shoulder is hurting so much I starts rubbing again my shoulder
she said
" how are you dear....who is that young man...is he your boyfriend"
James and I exchange looks I said
" No he is.... before I could finish my sentence Emily came behind her mom and grab my arms and drag me inside
Emily mom said to James
" why don't you join us for breakfast"
before James say something I said it
" he don't have time to eat breakfast with us "
James looked at watch and said
" I have some time and I can't said no a wonderful lady"
Emily mom said" oh wonderful come in "
She leads James to the living room
Emily looked at me and said what he is doing here I said I don't know I'll tell you later but first let's go I can't let your mom alone with James
we both rushed towards the living room I saw James and Emily mom laughing on something .
we both sat on the couch and looking at James face and then Emily mom face back an forth Emily whispered in my ear
" what are they laughing at?
I said I don't know... then Emily mom stand up and said I'll set the dining table I also get up on the couch and said I'll help you miss nancy she said no it's alright you sit here with your boyfriend
" but he is.... before I can finish sentence miss nancy was gone in the kitchen
I looked at James with confused eyes he shrugged
" oh God why am I here and what am I doing" I thought
then Emily mom came in the room and said breakfast is ready let's go we all went to went to dinning table
Emily and I starts fighting for the seat James was looking at us Emily pushed me to side and quickly sit on the chair because of the shoulder pain I couldn't do anything so sit next to her
and starts eating breakfast
" where you two both meet first time" Emily mom asked James

we both answer at the same time
we both looked at each other faces.
I grab a full spoon of cereal and put in my mouth
" when you gonna propose.. Lara" she asked James
I starts coughing James gave me a glass of water and Emily starts rubbing my back I drink water and catch some breath
and whispered in Emily ear " do something Emily help me stop your mom"
she said" okay okay.. she turn her face towards James and said
" Mr rude... I hit her with my elbow and gave a fake smile to James
Emily turn her face towards me and said what?.in a low voice I glare at her and get up from chair and said
" I can't eat anymore "
Emily also stand up and said me too she placed her arm on my shoulder
" ouch ouch you are hurting me Emily" I said
James quickly get up and said
" you should go to the doctor'
I said" no no no... I'm not going to doctor I'm fine"
then his phone starts ringing he said excuse me and went to pick the call and Emily said
" are you gonna tell me what happened between you and him "
I said' nothing happened between me and him it's just an incident"
James came back and said I have to go
I said sure sure... I walked him to the door and said
" sorry for what Emily mom said she is sometimes talk too much I hope you don't mind"
he said " I enjoy her company and thanks I enjoy alot take care of yourself"
I gave him a my best fake smile and close the door and sign relieved
I went back to Emily and grab her hand and drag her inside her room
" what you did say Mr rude in front of him" I said in angry tone
" I don't realize that sorry I'm just angry at him he gave you so much tension and you look Soo pale if mom was not their I'll punch him" Emily said
" yeah you are right but please gave me a painkiller" I said
" first tell me what happened to your shoulder" she asked
I clear my throat
" it's my childhood dream to break my bone "I said
she said oh really.. I said no stupid I jumped out of window in order to hide from James because he was at my house so but it was a bad idea.. now I know just gave me a pain killer
she said okay she went out and I pull my phone and call sarah she picked my call
" hello Sarah how's you" I said
" I'm alright what about you? she said on the other side of phone
" not good did you figure out something" I asked her
" why don't you come tomorrow to office we'll figure out something together" she said
I said okay I'll meet you tomorrow and Hung up the phone
Emily gave me the painkiller I take it and went to the cafe for work
