I feel sad about mia and sad part is that I can't help her because I'm not in a good situation right now...

I sit next to sarah and opened my laptop and starts typing a letter... I print out the letter I get up from the chair and said to sarah

I'll be right back I went to the 10th floor to HR department and went into Mr Brown office and gave him the letter

he grab his glasses from drawer and wear them and starts reading..

I was waiting impatiently... looking at him

finally he finished it and said

" miss Lara you need to approved it from Mr James then I could receive it"

" what...why I need to approved this from.. James.. Mr James... I said

Mr brown said " you know our company rules are strict and it's our company policy you need to approved it by Mr James"

I asked him" if Mr James couldn't approved it then what happened..

he said

" If Mr James not approved it you have to work here for 2 years according to your contract or else the company could take legal action against you or...

I interrupt him and said

" okay I understand Mr James signature is necessary..

he nodded

I take the letter from Mr brown and went to sarah and asked her

" why don't you tell me I need a signature of james" I said in angry tone

" relax Lara please sit here and tell me what happened" she said to me

I took a deep breath and try to control my temper and I gulp a glass of water..

" you said I need to a gave a 6 months notice and a replacement.. right.. but you didn't tell me I need James approvel .. what should I do now.." I said

" sorry I forget to tell you that it's company policy... and you know what happened yesterday..so I totally forget about that .. you should talk to Mr James ... I'm sure he will listen to you"

" should I talk to him.. no no no.. if I said something wrong about him.. I'm sure he will kill me.. No I'm not going there" I said

" why would you say something wrong about him" she asked me

" I'm getting nervous in front of him and I talk non stop ... my brain can't work proper .. so I'm not going talk to him... nope never" I said

" if you are not going to talk to him how you get signature of him" sarah said

I said let's figure out that together and gave me a cup of coffee or else my brain can't think proper.. she smiled and said okay...

I starts walking from Left to right then a idea Pop up I sit next to sarah and said

" I think we should copy and paste his signature on this letter nobody is gonna know.... sarah gave me a look.. it's a great idea.. I said

" are you mad it's the stupidest thing I ever heard... nope.. we need to think something else.. she said

After drinking 4 cups of coffee and spending two hours we both get tired but nothing came in mind but then I asked her

we just needed James signature right she said yup just need a signature..

" if we get his signature without him reading the document" I said

she said but how we can do.. I don't think it's possible.. I said I got an brilliant idea but I need your help..

she gave me a suspicious look and said first tell me then I'll think about it..

I said okay fine then listen

I grab a file from sarah desk and some documents and shuffle with the letter then I put all documents in the file

and gave it to sarah and said

" you just need to go to James and said to him that I need your sign on this documents it's urgent and just try to distract him so he couldn't read it.. simple"

sarah handed me back the file and said are you nuts I'm not gonna do that... I love my job I don't want to lose my job like mia.. she quickly get up from her chair and I grab her arm and pull her down and said

" please sarah help me I promise nothing is gonna happened"

" why you don't go there and get his signature" she said

" I can go there but I'm not smart like you I'm dumb I'll messed up every thing... you are smart intelligent you can handle the situation.. I said

she thought for a second and then said

" okay but if something goes wrong it's not my responsibility"

I hugged her and said you are the best you can do it..

we both went to the elevator and I hold sarah hand so she couldn't run away we both stepped in the elevator and I press the button

Sarah looked at me and said I don't think it's a good idea .. I think we should go back and think something else..

I glare at her and said there is no other way you have to do this and there is no way back

The elevator door opened and I drag sarah to stepped out of the elevator..

I gave her the file and said Best of luck and I knocked on the door and push her inside..

sarah went inside to Mr James office..

" Good evening Mr James" sarah said to James

James was sitting on the chair and working on his laptop which was placed on big precious office table.. James looked at sarah and said

" Good evening sarah"

sarah move closer to the table and said

" Mr James... I need.. your sign on these documents.. it's urgent..

James looked back at his laptop and said

leave the file here I'll signed it

sarah starts panicking and said " but Mr James it's urgent.. James gave sarah an angry look

sarah said" okay Mr James" she leaves the file on the table..
