Prologue:
Kaden sat watching the slow turn of Earth from his seat in the newly established Lukoie 'Portal Office'. Oh things had gotten quite sophisticated lately. They had to, what with the recent outbreak of crimes. Despite Kaden's trust and hopes for his people, it seemed there was a force working against him, stirring the Lukoie up, turning them back to their baser instincts, drawing them together.
There was going to be a rebellion.
Kaden never wanted this job. He only got it because he'd helped those two humans save Earth from his own brother. The very same brother he stole the power from in the first place. He'd had his suspicions that this uprising was his brother's fault, but every time he checked, there was nothing left of him but his bones in the wasteland of the Banishment. N
