I should have listened to my mother when she told me that I was making a mistake by marrying my wife. I don't think she realised the kind of pressure I was at the time.
My mother believes in true love, my father was a different story all together. He had an arranged marriage with my mother, though it wasn't love at first sight, they grew to love each other very much.
I was not willing to go the same route my father wanted me. My father wanted me to marry a French princess because he thought it would be a good thing to unite us in holy matrimony.
