Ace and I had come up with a plan. We had spent hours and hours trying to figure it out and finally realized I needed to release my angelic powers when the time was right, I had explained to Ace about the ring on my finger, how it was more than just an engagement ring, how it was concealing the side of me that was an angel so that I could be here undetected. Originally, I was just going to take the ring off right then and there, but Ace thought it would be better to sneak me into the challenge so that I could go unnoticed until the right time. Killian didn’t need any distractions from me at the moment. He had enough to worry about and deal with on his own accord.
