We had gotten back to Lilibeth's father's house pretty late after the rehearsal dinner. Lilibeth had fallen asleep in the car on the way back, so I carried her from the car to her room. Faye was going to spend the night here with her anyway so they could get ready for the wedding in the morning together. After Faye and I got Lilibeth out of her dress and tucked into bed I left Faye and headed to a spare room to crash myself.
