Devon's POV:
After hearing what had happened to Julie to cause her to get whipped I want more than anything to get them removed as much as possible. I am willing to pay whatever it costs to get her back as perfect as possible again. Money is no object to me and I'm willing to do anything if it means the pain in her heart and mind is taken care of.
All I want to do is protect her from the world after hearing just a little of what she went through. You would never have guessed that she had a past like she did because she didn't show it. I couldn't imagine going through what she did and still being as strong as she is to hold herself together. I know she's broken down a few times now but who wouldn't?
I would even kill someone if it meant keeping her safe which means Frank is lucky as hel
