Julie's POV:
It's been a little over a week and it is now the day of the charity ball and the storm that I've been worrying about this entire time. Derek has been watching it with me and it looks like just the outer edge of it will hit us and that it won't start up until some time in the middle of the night or early morning of tomorrow. He told me it will feel like a thunderstorm. That is something I can handle. We had a lot of thunderstorms in Tennessee so that makes me feel a lot better.
I'm quite nervous about the dance even though I've been practicing with Derek for two weeks. He only taught me the more common dances that are usually done there and he said most don't do anything fancy or difficult so the basics of the dances should be more than enough to get me by.
