My ancestors own a vast land in our county, which was handed down to my father. Numerous grapevines bloom and are bought by wineries. He has people to harvest every day. But because of modernization, Mr.Parker would like to buy our land for some minimal amount. But my father would not let him. A lot of estates in our county have sold their property and transferred somewhere else, but we are intending to stay. My father is taking care of the farm and earning much for us But though my father is earning so much from it, our peaceful life has been disturbed by greedy people. Can we stay or should we sell and transfer? I didn’t know that the thing that is making us rich, will be the same to make us suffer. But the suffering that we experienced, we rose and went to higher ground. We didn’t stop believing. The ground we stood, is it safe or is it more dangerous? We met people of all walks of life and we learned to play the game of life. Where safety is our goal but the danger kept on crawling. We learned deceit, lies, and murder can be hidden in love and one's concern. A billionaire gave me attention, but with my status in life, is it love or is it lust? ****** I looked for Helen, but I was shocked and my world turned upside down to see Helen unconscious in Gabriel’s arms with oozing blood on her forehead. They were both on the floor with tinges of blood everywhere. I gave a shot-look at Gabriel. “What happened? What have you done?” I was crying, frantic about the scenario. “I didn’t do anything to her. I am not sure what happened to her. When she saw me, she was shocked, turned pale, fainted and bumped her head on the glass table.” I looked at the glass table, but there was no tinge or speck of blood on it. Is it love or lust? Should I trust or shun away?
