Xavier’s POV
Xiao and I stood and watched our mate run upstairs. It was not our intention to offend her. It just happened. I could feel my wolf anger because of what we did. He is urging me to follow her up but I know she would not appreciate that at the moment. So I calmed him down. After all, we don't want her to be more angry than before.
“Bravo to us! We have succeeded in hurting our mate.” I sarcastically told no one in particular and sat on one of the sofas. Just last night, we took a step closer in our relationship and this morning we have taken two steps backwards.
“But it was not intentional. Do you think we should follow her?”. Xiao asked.
“I don’t think so. She made it clear that she wants to be alone.”
“So what do you think we should do in other to appease her anger?.” Xi
