“We are here Mam!”. Derrick announced as he turned off the engine of the car.
“The restaurant? This is the venue for the dinner? Are you sure we are in the right place? This place looks as if it is close for the day already”. I asked Derrick as I looked at the restaurant through the open window.
“Relax your mind mam, we are in the right place.” Derrick assured me as he got out of the car and came and opened my door.
He ushered me to the front door of the restaurant. The place looks empty. I could not hear any moment or sound to show that someone was inside.
“Are you really sure we are at the right place?. I asked him again.
“Yes I am hundred percent sure we are at the right place. This is my stop. You are to go in alone.” Derrick informed me. My eyes widened up at his statement.
