Aitana's POV After Sebastian's warning, he disappeared, leaving me alone, wandering the campsite. His men were busy cutting down trees and preparing the wood to build the houses, and since I didn't want to interfere with their work, I sat down and watched them work. I didn't eat anything at breakfast, so my stomach started grumbling. The growling of my stomach was loud enough that one of the nearby warriors paused mid-swing, his axe hovering in the air as he turned to look at me. His eyebrows shot up, and I quickly looked away, my cheeks burning. Great. Just great. I wrapped my arms around my middle, as if that could somehow muffle the sound. I hadn’t eaten since last night, and the adrenaline from this morning had long since worn off, leaving me hollow and shaky. A shadow fell over
