We got out of the car. Kaid, of course, took my hand while we walked towards the door. I didn’t tell my father I was coming, so he wasn’t expecting me. I didn’t see him at the party Bianca did, so it was a mystery to me if he knew of my presence or not. Now that I think about it, it is weird that he wasn't there. My father loved to be at those events as he liked to brag. He always told people how Bianca was first in her class or how he had achieved something (that it was his bloody work to begin with). I noticed Alexander's and Bianca's scent lingering as we approached the door. It meant that they had come not so long ago and were probably inside the house. I didn't want to see them again, but this could make things more interesting. I had noticed that Bianca's mom was more manipulativ
