Amanda grew into a wonderful young woman. We didn't understand how she had Maeve's eyes, but she was the perfect mixture of the three of us. She had the same hair as her father, her skin color was a mixture between her father and me, and she had green eyes with golden flakes and curls like Maeve and I.
I didn't understand how that worked, but I was glad it did. She was a beautiful girl and very powerful as well. She is an alpha daughter, but she is stronger than her brother, and because of that, I have seen them bicker constantly. Maeve says it is because their son was not born in a complete bond, while Amanda was. I felt terrible for him because he was supposed to take over his father, and people doubted him because he was not stronger than his sister.
